Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 3 servings 1 packet sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsps fat free margarine
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup packed raisins

Directions

  • Sift dry ingredients together.
  • Cut in margarine until mixture fine and crumbly.
  • Combine milk and egg and add to flour to make stiff dough.
  • Add raisins.
  • Knead on lightly floured surface until dough is sticky.
  • Divide dough in half and roll each half into 6" round, about 1" thick.
  • Cut each round into quarters.
  • Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
