Ingredients
- 3 tbsps peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 83 g simply granola oats, honey & almonds
Directions
- Blend granola with peanut butter and egg.
- Spread on parchment paper.
- Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to form large rectangle about 1/4 “ thick.
- Use knife to score bars approx 1 1/2 “ x 3”. Should yield 8.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 min.
