  • 1/4 second spray olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 84 g lower sodium turkey bacon
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
  • 3 dashes sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat finely shredded fiesta blend cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 3 dashes black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling approximately 3/4 cup full and top with 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
