  • 3 bread rolls
  • 2 thin slices bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsps parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Cut the tops off the bread rolls about 1/2 inch wide.
  • Hallow out the bread rolls making room for the additional ingredients.
  • Add the raw egg, pieces of bacon to the center of the roll. Top with cheese.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
  • Add the tops to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
