- 1 cup Carbquik
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp light buttery spread
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Mix Carbquik with butter, baking powder and almond milk just until blended. Do not over mix it.
- Separate into 3 pieces and make a dough ball with each piece of mix.
- Pat it flat and put into nonstick bake pan.
- Bake at 450 °F (230 °C) for 10 minutes.
