- 12 large eggs

- 1/4 cup cooked green peppers and onions (fat added in cooking)
- 1/4 cup real crumbled bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Crack and beat eggs. Pour into lightly greased molds.
- Add spinach, bacon, peppers, and onions.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from mold.
