  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup diced green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

Directions

  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Beat eggs and add flour mixture. Then add remaining ingredients.
  • Spread in a 9 x 13" pan.
  • Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 15 minutes, then at 350 °F (175 °C) for 35-40 minutes.
