- 12 cups shredded hash browns
- 6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped young green onions
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup 2% fat milk
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 12 oz traditional turkey sausage
Directions
- Spread the hash browns in a baking dish.
- Add chopped vegetables, sausage, and half of cheese.
- Beat the eggs with milk and season as desired, then pour over.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
