Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream (half & half)
  • 3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsps basil
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 medium whole tomatoes
  • 1 serving zucchini
  • 12 large egg

Directions

  • Chop kale, basil, and zucchini into small pieces. Cook kale, fresh basil, and diced zucchini in a pan until the kale begins to wilt.
  • Dice tomato and mozzarella. Place in greased oven dish and add contents from pan.
  • Crack one dozen eggs into a bowl and scramble. Add half and half and stir.
  • Pour egg mixture into oven dish and mix around until contents are spread evenly.
  • Place in over at 350 degrees and cook for 35 minutes.
