Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro (coriander)
- 1 medium whole tomatoes
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsps heavy cream
- 16 oz pork sausage
- 10 large eggs
- 2 tsp stone ground mustard
Directions
- Brown sausage and drain. Put in casserole dish.
- Top with tomato, cheese, cilantro.
- Separate bowl beat eggs, cream, mustard.
- Pour over casserole. Bake 30 min at 350°F.
