- 1 lb pork sausage, cooked
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Crack eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Butter or spray the bottom of a muffin pan.
- Add cheese to the bottom of pan.
- Add sausage.
- Pour over beaten eggs.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
