Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp hulled hemp seed
  • 1/8 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp raw organic coconut butter
  • 2 oz organic protein plant based protein powder sweet vanilla bean
  • 3 cups whole grain oatmeal
  • 1 cup almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
  • 1/2 cup organic unsweetened apple sauce
  • 5 oz 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
  • Chop apple into small pieces.
  • Mix the wet ingredients together.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together, then combine both with apple.
  • Grease cupcake pan with coconut oil, then fill each with the batter.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Let cool 20 minutes before eating.
