  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Directions

  • Freeze Spinach and Banana if possible.
  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend slow for 30 seconds. Make sure to try not to froth.
  • Pour into your large glass. Plastic is not acceptable. :)
  • Note: tastes so much better than you think and really healthy!
