- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen red raspberries
- 3 oz fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup pulp free orange juice
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some ice if you like your smoothie a little thicker.
- Blend together for about 45 seconds, or until it reaches preferred consistency.
- Add a little umbrella and enjoy!
