- 2 cups spinach
- 1 avocado
- 10-16 liquid stevia peppermint drops
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
- Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the liquid stevia peppermint drops, extract, and ice, and blend until thick.
- Taste and adjust stevia, as needed.
