- 1/2 cup mushroom slices
- 2 dashes black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Irish butter
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 6 eggs
Directions
- Chopped mushrooms.
- Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat.
- Once butter has melted, add mushrooms and spinach.
- Beat eggs, adding spices.
- Once spinach is warmed, add eggs.
- Mix in eggs and prepare to your liking of scrambled.
