  • 2 medium whole tomatoes
  • 4 dashes pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Directions

  • Fry 6 egg whites in a teflon pan with no oil.
  • While the eggs are cooking dice two good size tomatoes.
  • Plate the egg when its is done and toss the tomatoes on top.
  • Season with hot sauce and pepper to taste.
