Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1/2 medium whole tomato
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salsa

Directions

  • In a frying pan, fry 4 egg whites.
  • While they are frying, chop up half a medium-sized tomato, reserving the other half for another meal.
  • When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and pepper, pour the chopped tomato over and around the eggs and then add the salsa for some spice (if you like).
