Spicy Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 large fried egg
  • 1 slice, medium tomato
  • 1 slice, medium onion
  • 2 slices light white sandwich bread
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise

Directions

  • Apply mayonnaise (like Miracle Whip) to one side of each slice of bread.
  • Slice the onion and tomato, and place on one slice of the bread.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese of your choice on the other slice of bread.
  • To fry the egg you'll need to bust the yolk and spread it around the pan a little. While egg is frying add the red pepper and garlic powder. When you think the egg is ready flip it over and cook it on the other side.
  • When egg is finished cooking, immediately transfer it to the slice of bread that the cheese was spread on. This will allow the cheese to melt a little.
  • Put the sandwich together and enjoy.
