Ingredients

  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 1 oz milk, low fat
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 dash pepper, to taste
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup flowerets broccoli

Directions

  • Spray a pan with some cooking spray like Pam.
  • In a bowl, whip the egg and egg whites and milk together.
  • While the pan is heating on the stove, chop up the broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper.
  • Add the egg mixture to the pan. When the eggs have firmed, add the vegetables and the slice of cheese.
  • Fold in half, and flip once.
