- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 cup fruit bowl
- 2 tsps fat free cream cheese
- 1/8 cup dry 100% whole grain oatmeal
- 1/2 cup 100% egg whites
Directions
- Grind oatmeal using food processor or blender.
- Mix oats, cream cheese, and egg whites together.
- Heat a non-stick pan to low medium. Take a ladle of the batter and pour it onto the pan
- Cook the crêpes for 1-2 minutes on both sides until the edges are done and the middle is no longer liquid.
- Transfer top a plate and top with fruits.
