- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups 2% fat milk
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5.3 oz icelandic style skyr vanilla & cinnamon
Directions
- Mix the wet ingredients until creamy.
- Add the dry ingredients. Stir until there are no more lumps.
- Cook in lightly greased waffle maker until golden brown.
