  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk.
