  • 52 g sugar
  • 396 g bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (whole fat)
  • 66 g white rice flour
  • 100 g virgin coconut oil

Directions

  • Mash the bananas with wet ingredients until smooth. Use half of the coconut oil only.
  • Add the flours and sugar.
  • Grease a pan with the remaining coconut oil and ladle the batter to form small circles.
  • Cook on both sides until firm and golden.
