  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tbsps unsifted powdeerd sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  • Put a stick of margarine in 9X13" pan. Put pan in oven and turn on to 400 °F (200 °C). Allow butter to melt while mixing ingredients.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla till frothy.
  • Add in flour and powdered sugar. And mix into mixture.
  • Pour directly into melted butter in hot pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
