  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1.4 oz vanilla protein powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 packets sweetener

Directions

  • Mix ingredients in a blender.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, spray nonstick cooking spray.
