- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 1.4 oz vanilla protein powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 packets sweetener
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a blender.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, spray nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour batter into frying pan and cook for 1 minute on each side.
