  • 1 package raspberry gelatin, sugar free
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 3/4 packages, small cream cheese

Directions

  • Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
  • Stir until well dissolved.
  • In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
  • With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
