- 1 package raspberry gelatin, sugar free
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 3/4 packages, small cream cheese
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
- Stir until well dissolved.
- In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
- With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
