- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup fluid whipping cream
- 4 oz pumpkin
- 1 package 1.4 oz box, 4 servings white chocolate pudding, low calorie
- 1 1/4 oz pecan nuts
Directions
- Soften up the butter and cream cheese by putting them in microwave until butter begins to melt.
- Using mixer, blend the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add pumpkin and cream and continue to blend. Then slowly add the pudding mix until all ingredients are mixed together well.
- Spoon on to wax paper and press pecan half onto the top of each to flatten out, about 24 pieces.
- Place in freezer and freeze, later placing into a covered dish in the freezer.
