  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 1/3 cup light agave nectar
  • 4 cups cubed cantaloupe melons

Directions

  • Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine sieve over a bowl. Discard solids.
  • Stir in lime juice, agave nectar, and salt.
  • Pour mixture into an 8" square dish. Freeze at least 8 hours.
  • Remove mixture from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
