- 4 cups diced pineapple
- 2 tbsps corn syrup
- 2 limes yield lime juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Peel, core, and chop pineapple.
- In a blender puree all ingredients.
- Pour into molds, add sticks and freeze for 3 hours or until solid.
- Twist to remove ice pop.
