- 10 oz apples
- 4 cups white rice, cooked
- 4 tbsps whipped cream
- 4 tsps cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsps sugar
Directions
- Peel apples and remove the core, dice and set aside.
- Pour water into a saucepan and bring to boil. Add sugar when boiling.
- Add apples to the sweet water and cook until soft and transparent, about 5 minutes on high heat.
- Add rice to the apples and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.
