  • 6 dried apricots
  • 1 1/2 oz skim milk powder
  • 1/4 cup almond meal flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions

  • Put apricots, skim milk powder, almond meal, half the coconut and water in food processor.
  • Take teaspoons of the mixture and roll in the remaining coconut.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
