- 1 package sugar free gelatin
- 1 oz vanilla pudding
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions
- Place sliced strawberries in a pie plate.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat water to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add pudding mix and gelatin mix, stir until well mixed.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, pour over strawberries. Chill.
