- 5 tbsps creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
- 50 g almond meal
- 60 g rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dutch chocolate
Directions
- Grind oats in a food processor.
- Mix the oats and almond meal.
- Add the peanut butter, melted chocolate, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Roll into 1-2 inch balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
