- 1 tbsp strawberry gelatin, sugar free
- 3 oz tapioca, fat free
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 8 oz cool whip, low fat
Directions
- Mix gelatin (like Jell-O), tapioca, and vanilla pudding in a sauce pan.
- Add water and cook until it comes to a boil.
- Let cool.
- Dice up strawberries into bite size pieces.
- Add strawberries and cool whip to Jell-O mixture.
- Keep mixture cool until served.
