  • 1 cup chocolate soy milk

Directions

  • If available use light chocolate soy milk (like 8th Continent brand).
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix.
  • Once blended makes quite a large size smoothie.
  • Note: smoothie also keeps well for a few days once blended.
