- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup halves frozen strawberries
- 2 slices silken tofu
- 1 oz splenda
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients in blender.
- Blend till smooth add water to thin or ice cubes to thicken. Enjoy!
- You can also add flaxseed, wheat germ, and/or protein powder for extra healthy nutrients!
