- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
- 1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 2 tbsps whole chia seeds
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Slice fruits and freeze for at least an hour.
- Put all ingredients in a blender, pouring soy milk last.
- Blend on low until slightly mixed. A spatula may be necessary to move the ingredients towards the blade at first.
- Blend on high until evenly mixed.
- Serve in a large cup.
