- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/3 cup panko crispy plain bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp beef stock
- 1 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- In a large bowl, stir ingredients until well mixed.
- Shape into 30 (1 inch) balls and place in pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
