  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/3 cup panko crispy plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp beef stock
  • 1 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
  • In a large bowl, stir ingredients until well mixed.
  • Shape into 30 (1 inch) balls and place in pan.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
