- 2 cups panko japanese style bread crumbs
- 2 tsps red or cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsps black pepper
- 2 tsps italian seasoning
- 1 kg ground chicken breast
- 10 sprigs parsley
Directions
