- 2 tbsps teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked soba japanese noodles
- 6 oz chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Boil the soba noodles per the box instructions.
- While the water boils, put a tablespoon of coconut oil in a fry pan and wait for it to heat up. Once heated add the chicken and let it fry until done.
- Strain the noodles and put both the chicken and noodles into a large pot, mix the teriyaki sauce in.
