- 1/4 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup young green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushroom pieces
- 2 tbsps walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
- Chop spinach, cucumber, onions, and mushrooms and put into a bowl.
- Dice cooked chicken and add to the bowl.
- Add nuts, raisins and cheese.
