- 12 uncured bacon slices
- 4 oz guacamole
- 4 tbsps picante medium salsa
Directions
- Slice chicken in half so that you have 4 pieces.
- Spread avocado evenly across the chicken.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of salsa on each piece.
- Wrap each with bacon.
