  • 16 oz angus beef round london broil
  • 9 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli beef sauce
  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsps canola vegetable oil

Directions

  • Slice beef and vegetables.
  • Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with oil.
  • Add beef and when the meat turns pink, put broccoli, mushrooms, and sauce.
  • Cook until tender.
