  • 32 oz london broil
  • 1 head large cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tsps granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsps canola vegetable oil

Directions

  • Slice beef and vegetables.
  • Sauté beef with half of oil, oyster sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until the color is no longer red.
  • Sauté vegetables with the other half of seasonings for 5 minutes.
  • Return beef in the pan and stir for a few minutes until combined.
