- 25 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 123 g whole kernel sweet corn
- 2 tbsps corn starch
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper seasoned salt
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Chop vegetables and mince chicken using a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form slightly flat patties and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put in preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at 370°F or until golden brown.
