  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tsps garlic, minced
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 32 oz kidney beans
  • 28 oz tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ground basil, dried
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz chili peppers

Directions

  • Brown meat (beef or venison).
  • After meat is browned combine all ingredients in a pot.
  • Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Top with some shredded cheese and/or sour cream.
