- 2 chicken breast, bone and skin removed
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 medium potatoes
- 7 sprigs cilantro
- 1/4 tsp seasoning with coriander and achiote
Directions
- Slice the chicken into strips and chop the vegetables.
- Boil the chicken for 10 minutes together with seasoning and enough water to cover.
- Add the onions and potatoes. Cook until tender.
- Put the cilantro and boil for 5 more minutes.
