Ingredients

  • 2 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium whole tomato
  • 1/4 tbsp chives
  • 6 oz lean ham
  • 1 large whole wheat pita

Directions

  • Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, chives and mustard.
  • Spread cheese mixture on inside of pita halves.
  • Fill each pita half with equal parts ham and tomato.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
