Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken

Directions

  • In a skillet add the oil and sauté the chicken cut in cubes until brown.
  • Add the salsa, lemon juice and the soy sauce, pepper and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cream and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Serve over salad or rice.
